It’s not good because it’s old, it’s old because it’s good!

The Historic Homes Workshop was formed to promote historic preservation, rehabilitation, and sustainability in Florida. We educate participants on proper care-taking and appropriate use of materials and methods for historic buildings. We seek to promote local small businesses and craftspeople while sharing our expertise and knowledge of historic preservation.

The Historic Homes Workshops draws crafts-people and those who want to learn the craft from around the country who participate in a weekend workshop culminating in a hands-on restoration for a local charity.
